In-house production

In Beuningen, we have our own production facility with unique advanced machinery. For the production of the sensors we have an own engineered machine which assembles the inner and outside rings together with inside the associated electronics.

After pressing in the ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) the sensors are loaded with data in a number of phases on the calibration machine.

The production capacity of this machine is over 500.000 sensors a year.
