BoltSafe Sensors: CMS or PMS

Continuous Monitoring System (CMS)
The CMS is suitable to monitor the bolt load continuously. The sensor has a cable to interconnect several sensors into a network. This cable has a connector at the end, which is plugged into an adapter box. Through the advanced software the set-up communicates to both PC as pocket PC. Each sensor in this network can be observed separately from one readout point. Up to 248 sensors may be connected in a network.

Periodic Monitoring System (PMS)
The PMS is suitable for periodic control of the bolt load. The sensor is placed as a regular washer and can be read by a handheld reader in combination with a PMS-probe. The bolt load data is automatically transferred to the handheld reader and can be read immediately. The BoltSafe software has a report generator, and can produce an overview of the bolt load. It is possible to store the data of 254 sensors and upload these data to a PC.
